Once books arrive at the fulfillment centers, we will start shipping to pre-order customers. Then we will move on to new orders. Folks who ordered early will have their orders shipped first.

For those who pre-ordered, a shipping notification will follow as soon as we create the shipping label. Note tracking numbers often do not update right away, and with thousands of shipments in the queue, don’t be surprised if tracking is stuck for a few days.
