Heritage Secures Corporate Engagement Win at Dell Technologies

Winning: Dell Technologies addressed The Heritage Foundation’s critical concerns about DEI and race-based discrimination after Heritage filed a shareholder proposal seeking transparency.
- “This engagement with Dell demonstrates how genuine shareholder advocacy can lead to transparency and meaningful progress,” said Allen Mendenhall, Ph.D., senior advisor to Heritage’s Free Enterprise Initiative.
- The Free Enterprise Initiative has engaged 26 public companies through shareholder proposals this season and continues to engage with companies to promote corporate policies grounded in free-enterprise principles, accountability to shareholders, and long-term value creation.
