Peter, there’s no map for this journey
Together, we can chart a course
Dear Peter,
Maybe you’re like me about travel planning. I like to know exactly where I’m going and what’s going to happen on the way. I like to be sure I have a framework, even if all the details aren’t filled in.
There’s no map or GPS for this journey we’re on as a nation, and the destination is uncertain. More than ever, we need a shared framework to guide us toward peace, healing and a renewed sense of human dignity—especially in a time marked by division and uncertainty.
So I’m grateful for the generous support of friends like you over the last year. Because of your generosity, we’ve expanded “A Better Way” by offering more events and practical resources that help people engage across differences and live more faithfully together. Together, we’re building that framework.
If you’re able to today, will you continue your support by making a gift?
We’ve set an ambitious goal of raising $300,000 by June 30, the end of our fiscal year, to continue the Cathedral’s vital work. The exciting news is, if you give now, a challenge gift can double your impact up to $50,000, thanks to a generous Cathedral friend.
Our Cathedral community is dedicated to helping each other along the way through welcome, dialogue, worship and service. Thank you for helping to build a framework to open ourselves up to new possibilities and new ways of being in this hurting and broken world.
Blessings,
The Rev. Canon Jan Naylor Cope
Provost
