Our Thoughts…this is everything we love about Provence in a white wine—fresh, vibrant, and effortlessly drinkable. Aromas of crisp white peach, citrus, and delicate white fruits lead to a lively palate layered with juicy peach, tropical fruit, and bright citrus notes. Crafted from a classic Provençal blend of Rolle, Ugni Blanc, and Clairette, this sustainably farmed wine is fermented in concrete tanks without oak or malolactic fermentation, preserving its crisp acidity and pure fruit character. Refreshing and elegant, it’s a perfect aperitif and an excellent companion to seafood, goat cheese, or simply relaxing on the patio with friends.
About the winery…Founded in 1923 by Lucien Fauchier, Le Cellier d’Eguilles was established to unite local growers, modernize winemaking, and strengthen the agricultural future of the village of Éguilles in Provence. Nearly a century later, the cooperative remains the heart of the community, with generations of dedicated winegrowers working together to preserve their heritage while embracing sustainable practices and quality-focused winemaking. Today, Le Cellier d’Eguilles continues to craft expressive Provençal wines that honor the region’s rich history and enduring spirit.
