Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-N.Y.) on Friday filed a complaint against a District of Columbia federal judge who has overseen a number of cases related to the Jan. 6, 2021, Capitol breach and rejected arguments from former President Donald Trump’s attorneys.

A recent poll found that in the 2020 election, 1 in 5 people who voted by mail committed some type of voter fraud. And that is, by the way, according to these people’s own admission.
