iPhone Mobile Instructions

• Scroll up on this email to the image of your certificate.
• Press the power and volume down buttons at the same time and quickly release.
  • If you have an iPhone with a home button, press the side “lock” button and home button at the same time and quickly release.
• On the bottom left or top of your screen, click on the screenshot capture. 
• Edit the screenshot to crop only the certificate then save the edited screenshot to your camera roll.

Android Mobile Instructions

• Scroll up on this email to the image of your certificate.
• Press the side “lock” button and volume up buttons at the same time.
  • If that does not work, hold down your power button for a few seconds then tap your screen for a screenshot.
• On the bottom left of your screen, click on the screenshot capture.
  • If the screenshot capture disappears, go to your camera roll for the screenshot.
• Edit the screenshot to crop only the certificate then save the edited screenshot to your camera roll.

• Follow instructions on your computer from there. 

Print from Screenshot:

• Screenshot the image of the certificate. 
• Export and save the screenshot image as a .PDF.
• Open PDF file, click the print icon, and follow the directions on your computer.
