Last week, the Senate blocked the passage of the Freedom to Vote: John R. Lewis Act, critical voting rights legislations that would have expanded and protected the freedom to vote, including an end to gerrymandering.

The need to ensure fair maps that represent the voices of voters is more important than ever. Join former U.S. Attorney General, Eric Holder Jr. this Thursday, January 27th at 8pm ET for a discussion about what fair districting means for our democracy and how you can take action!

Eric Holder is an American lawyer who served as the 82nd Attorney General of the United States from 2009 to 2015. Holder, serving in the administration of President Barack Obama, was the first African American to hold the position of U.S. Attorney General. He now serves as Chairman of the National Democratic Redistricting Committee and remains a prominent civil and voting rights advocate.
