Don’t forget! Your 2024 Annual Data Report must be submitted in the partner portal to receive reward payouts. Here’s how it works:Each quarter, you’ll receive a personalized Adoption Partner Scorecard via email with the number of adoptions to date.When you reach a new Petco adoption milestone, your reward is paid out the month after the quarter ends, based on the difference between your new level and your previous one — so every single adoption moves you forward.Be sure to review your Scorecard closely. If the numbers don’t match your records, reach out to your Petco General Manager right away to request a correction. | Get Funds FasterIf you are a Petco Love grant recipient, have a pending grant request, or intend to apply for a grant in the future the fastest way to receive grant payments is via electronic fund transfer (EFT). Sign-up for Paymode-X, Petco Love’s chosen electronic payment system, so that your future grant payments can be made electronically. Don’t forget to add the enrollment code (G-DYVQGWS4U) to avoid processing fees being taken out of your payment. | The Shelter Operations course starts soon. Register today.Hosted by the University of the Pacific, this award-winning online certificate developed by Humane Network is now powered by Petco Love. The program equips current and aspiring shelter professionals with practical knowledge and valuable networking in shelter leadership, operations, and external initiatives through expert-led webinars, dynamic discussions, and collaborative projects.The program features three, eight-week online courses: Shelter Leadership, Shelter Operations, and External Shelter Initiatives. You may enroll in any course individually, and courses do not need to be taken sequentially to earn the certificate. The Shelter Operations course begins January 12, 2026. Registration is still open. Her independent streak made some adopters hesitate—but for Nicole, that spark was exactly what drew her in. 😍At a time when Nicole was battling depression, Hailey’s emotional intuition and adventurous spirit became the perfect pairing. As Nicole puts it, Hailey has a special gift for offering comfort “without being able to say a word.” Together, they started their own version of outdoor therapy—hitting the trails, soaking in Arizona’s breathtaking views, and finding peace one hike at a time. 🐕💗Hailey is currently being featured as our BOBS® Bestie of the Month on our Instagram page.
