Petco Love is teaming up with the National Hockey League (NHL) once again as the charitable partner of the “2025 Stanley Pup”, a 90-minute broadcast which will premiere June 6 on TruTV in the U.S. (2:30 p.m. PT / 5:30 p.m. ET) and on Sportsnet in Canada (3 p.m. PT / 6 p.m. ET). The show will also air on NHL Network June 8 (4 p.m. PT / 7 p.m. ET) and across the NHL’s digital platforms.

The special will feature adorable, adoptable puppies representing all 32 NHL teams, bringing awareness to shelter pets in need of loving homes. Special appearances by NHL players and celebrity dog lovers including: Tim Allen, Cedric the Entertainer, Cheri Oteri, George Lopez, Jamie Lee Curtis, Michael Bublé, Nikki Glaser, Paula Abdul and Will Reeve.

This unique collaboration blends the excitement of hockey with Petco Love’s heartwarming mission to save pets’ lives. By showcasing pups from our shelter partners, Petco Love and the NHL aim to inspire fans to consider adopting their next pet.
