We recently asked an important question: How are you protecting your mental health in the New Year?

Here's what folks had to say: 65% of survey takers said they're going to listen to more music. 53% of survey takers are planning to spend more time outdoors.

52% of survey takers are going to spend more time with friends and family. And finally 35% of survey takers are planning to visit new places.
