Try this 1-minute mindfulness exercise

Next time you’re “time traveling” in your mind, this simple exercise can help bring you back to the present:

1.	Stretch out a hand and focus on it. Notice the lines, separations, curves, connections, colors, textures and movements as you open and close it.

2.	Reflect on what you’re observing. How do you feel? Remember: The only thing you can control is what’s happening right now.
