The humble primrose is a harbinger of spring in gardens, hedgerows, or decorating the base of a tree in temperate climes across the world. But it has a wild cousin from the mountains of central Europe which is cultivated almost obsessively by some gardeners: primula auricula. Enter (from stage left!) the Auricula Theatre – a beautiful way of making sure these pristine primulas get the admiration they deserve. And our latest ecard takes the theatrical aspect somewhat literally!
