Dear RJ,

It’s that wonderful time of year again where the last of the golden leaves are clinging on, and the cosy autumnal evenings are drawing near. But before we say goodbye to the crunchy leaves and pumpkin spices, there’s one last autumnal tradition to celebrate: Thanksgiving.

And the only thing better than a beautiful Thanksgiving ecard, we thought, might be one which doubles as an apple pie recipe! So this year, rather than just teasing you with these tantalising Thanksgiving treats, we’ve included a delicious recipe for the perfect pie to enjoy with your friends and family.
