Pushkala Subramanian
Pushkala Subramanian is a pioneer in problem-solving. In her work with AstraZeneca, Pushkala recognized that inefficiencies were leading to wasted employee time. To fix this, she applied the careful art of subtraction and ultimately saved the company two million (yes, million) hours of employee work time over less than two years.
Huggy Rao will sit down with Pushkala Subramanian to ask her what she’s learned about the problem-solving process and uncover tips for aspiring problem-solving superheroes.
Todd Park is the ultimate problem-solving powerhouse both in the healthcare industry and in America’s White House.
Under the Obama administration, Park set out to reform the U.S.’ systematic lagging and obsolete government IT practices… or in his words, “to blow everything the [beep] up and make it radically better.” He employed unprecedented tactics like rallying groups of Silicon Valley techies to join the cause and setting out on myth-busting missions to debunk widely accepted sources of roadblocks, all in an effort to revitalize the dead zone of government IT.
In his work with healthcare, Park is adamant that leading with love is the key to mitigating friction and successfully serving customers.
