The final piece of the National 9/11 Pentagon Memorial
Peter,
For more than two decades, the Pentagon Memorial has stood as a place of remembrance for the 184 lives lost on September 11, 2001.
Each year, over one million people visit the memorial. Many are young people with no memory of that day and little opportunity to learn about what happened, the heroes who responded, or how our nation was forever changed.
The 9/11 Pentagon Memorial Visitor Education Center is designed to fill that gap.
This long-overdue project will provide a permanent forum for education, reflection, and remembrance. It will ensure that families, students, members of the Armed Forces, and visitors from around the world have access to the history and lessons of September 11.
As we approach the 25th Remembrance in 2026, we are entering a defining moment for this mission. We invite you to join us in supporting the Visitor Education Center and helping preserve this history for future generations.Make a contribution
Sincerely,
Pentagon Memorial Fund
