We need your help to stop the harmful SAVE Act, a dangerous piece of legislation designed to make it harder for millions of eligible Americans to register and vote.

This bill would require strict proof of citizenship, a passport or birth certificate, to register or update voter registration  – no other IDs would be acceptable. Student IDs, Drivers Licenses, Military IDs, and more would no longer be valid proof to cast your vote.

With millions of Americans without a passport or proper access to their birth certificate, this could be one of the most destructive voter suppression bills in modern history.

The SAVE Act would impact all of us but is especially harmful to working-class Americans, older voters, women who’ve changed their last name, and those who’ve lost essential documents due to natural disasters.

What you can do:

• Call your member of Congress at 202-224-3121 and urge them to vote NO on the SAVE Act.
• Email your members of Congress today and tell them to vote NO on the SAVE Act.

The SAVE Act isn’t about protecting elections. It’s about silencing voters. By speaking up, you can help ensure voting rights are protected for all.
