Dear Members,

As we head into Spring Break over the next few weeks, we look forward to welcoming your guests to the Club. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please remember that all guests must be registered prior to arrival. Guest registration helps us maintain the safety, security, and overall experience of the Club, and ensures that all guests understand and conduct themselves in a respectful manner while on property.

Guest Registration can be accessed hereand through MTL under Helpful Links. Once registration is submitted, please stop by the Business Center to pick up your guest passes and wristbands.

We would also like to take this opportunity to review the Dress Code for the following areas:

• Palma Kitchen + Tap
• Grand Living Room
• Patios for Palma Kitchen + Tap
• Grand Living Room

Men’s Attire
Shirts with sleeves must be worn at all times. Appropriate attire includes pants, slacks, jeans, Bermuda shorts, board shorts, hybrid shorts, cargo shorts, and similar styles. Shoes are required in all areas, including dress shoes, athletic shoes, and sandals.

Not permitted: tank tops, sleeveless shirts, mesh shirts where skin is visible, pajamas, swimsuits, or items containing offensive language, pictures, or graphics, or anything Club Management finds adversely offensive to others.

Women’s Attire
Shirts that appropriately cover the body, dresses, skirts, slacks, jeans, and shorts are considered acceptable. Shoes are required in all areas, including dress shoes, heels, athletic shoes, sandals, and slippers (flip flops).

Not permitted: halter tops, mesh shirts where skin is visible, pajamas, swimsuits, or items containing offensive language, pictures, or graphics, or anything Club Management finds adversely offensive to others.

Headwear
Ball caps are not permitted in Palma dining room after 5:00pm. Appropriate headwear is permitted in all other indoor and outdoor areas of the Club. Headwear containing offensive language, pictures, or graphics is not acceptable.

Solaz, Resort Pool, Lap Pool, and Indoor Pool 
It is expected that pool users will respect those around them and wear proper coverage when in and out of the pool area. With the exception of the locker room areas, swim attire is not acceptable indoors. Swimwear is also not considered appropriate for the patios adjoining Palma Kitchen + Tap.

Exceptions
Members and guests checking in at the Concierge Desk from the pool areas must wear appropriate cover-ups that fully conceal swimwear (both tops and bottoms), and footwear is required.
