The city of Coolidge will have to wait on more housing options after a Sun Communities development was put on hold by the Coolidge City Council. The council cited financial concerns and the impact on the city and residents. For example, Councilmember Tom Bagnall said the 319-acre development would add 3,000 vehicles on Skousen Road daily. In his explanation, he said the city is not ready for that increase.
