As mentioned in the special message from President & CEO Michael Thatcher, we have some exciting changes planned for 2022. 

Part of that includes enhancing our Encompass rating system, specifically bringing in evaluations of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) practices. We have a few questions regarding your opinions on these practices and how they influence your giving.
