Coolidge could be seeing more housing options in the city after the Planning and Zoning Commission approved an amended application for 1,123 manufactured homes to be built in the community. While the Coolidge City Council will have the final say, the subdivision would be owned and operated by Sun Communities and sit on 319 acres at the southeast corner of Skousen and Martin roads.
