In the wake of yet *another* school shooting, Republicans are making up some absolutely ridiculous excuses for why they keep happening. Robert F. Kennedy Jr. just added another:

This is total B.S. The reason why students are being slaughtered isn’t antidepressants. It’s not a lack of prayer in schools.

It’s guns. The United States is the only country in the world that experiences mass shootings daily.

But there’s a reason why Republicans refuse to stop gun violence: The gun lobby showers their political campaigns in donations. If they dare pass any commonsense solutions on guns, that money will be cut off.

If RFK Jr. and Republicans refuse to admit the facts and take action, then we need to replace them with leaders who will.
