BREAKING NEWS: An Eloy police officer is under investigation after shooting a man who ran from him Wednesday evening. The incident occurred after police responded to reports of a domestic violence situation at a home on West Eighth Street.

The familiar ring-a-ling of the Salvation Army Red Kettle bell ringers has returned outside area storefronts this year. The Salvation Army Casa Grande Corps says it hopes bell ringers will bring in $10,000 more in donations this year. The fundraiser runs through Christmas Eve.

Phoenix has broken several records this year when it comes to all-time high temperatures, and yesterday, it broke another. The city set a new mark for the warmest Dec. 1 in its history, beating out the record high set 72 years ago.

The man accused of robbing a Walmart customer of their gun in Casa Grande has been arrested. The 18 year old allegedly took the gun from a customer inside the store, then fled.
