The Pinal County Elections Department has come up with a solution to fix an error that left council candidates off of some voters’ mail-in ballots. The error was noticed last week after ballots were mailed out to voters and affected 70 precincts across the county. We’ll have more information later today on this issue.
And Maricopa Police are investigating after a man took his own life during a traffic stop early Saturday morning. The incident closed down part of State Route 347 near Farrell Road for several hours.
Also, another water main broke in Maricopa over the weekend. Global Water is working to fix the break on Porter Road. This is the third water main break that Global Water has had to fix in the last month.
