Meanwhile, Serendipity Learning Center, a childcare institution for nearly 50 years, is movingto gain more space and a safer environment. Since 1976 Serendipity has been operating on Trekell Road south of Cottonwood Lane but soon will be on Piper Avenue near Casa Grande Municipal Airport.

Plus, in sports, the Maricopa boys basketball team secured a big win last night, defeating Valley Vista 51-46. Although it’s just the third win for the team this season, head coach Triston Walters believes the team can finish the year strong after Tuesday’s win.
