Peter, been to paradise lately?
View this email in your browserParadise with My Little Girl: Why Nothing Beats Time with the Ones You Love There’s a reason I call it Daddy Daughter Weekend. It’s not just a getaway—it’s a sacred pause. A deliberate decision to step off the treadmill of life and just be with my little girl.I’ll be honest: I have workaholic tendencies. I love what I do. I love building, leading, and pushing the mission of the C-Suite for Christ movement forward. But the danger of ambition is that it can blind you to what matters most. That’s why I proactively schedule dedicated one-on-one getaways with each of my kids every year. If I don’t protect that time, the world will gladly steal it.This past weekend with my eight-year-old daughter, Reagan, was paradise. No calendars. No meetings. No emails. No rush. Just the two of us. We swam for hours in the hotel pool. We walked the mall and laughed about silly things. We stayed up late, slept in, and ate too many pancakes. We didn’t need an itinerary—we had each other.Moments like that remind me how fast it all goes. One day I’ll blink, and I’ll be walking her down the aisle. She’ll be a woman with dreams and responsibilities of her own. And when that day comes, I’ll thank God for weekends like this—where I didn’t let the world’s noise drown out the music of her laughter.Scripture reminds us in Ephesians 5:15-16 (NIV): “Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.”We all get the same twenty-four hours. The question is, what are you doing with yours? Are you pouring them into eternal things—faith, family, love—or wasting them on the temporary and trivial? If your priorities are where they should be, keep it up. You’re living the good life. But if they’re not—if work, stress, and busyness have pushed aside the people God entrusted to you—it’s not too late to change. Not too late to make time. Not too late to choose presence over productivity.Because at the end of your life, it won’t be the emails, the meetings, or the milestones you’ll remember. It’ll be the giggles, the hugs, and the quiet moments when you realized that heaven can sometimes look a lot like a hotel pool with your daughter by your side.Nothing—absolutely nothing—is more important than time with the ones you love.Christians Helping Christians Hire Christians: The Kingdom Workforce Alliance Has Arrived As the Founder of C-Suite for Christ, I hear the same thing again and again from business executives around the world: “Paul, it’s nearly impossible to find good people right now.” The war for talent is real. The job market is unpredictable. Retention is harder than ever. And the most painful part? Even when you finally find someone with the right skill set, they often don’t share your values. That gnawed at me. I couldn’t let it go. I obsess about bringing value to others. So I prayed on it. I brainstormed. I surrounded myself with Kingdom-minded leaders who share my conviction that business should be a ministry. And after months of strategic planning, I’m thrilled to announce something that is going to change the game for Christian employers everywhere: The Kingdom Workforce Alliance.Through this initiative, C-Suite for Christ has proudly partnered with Express Employment Professionals, one of the most respected staffing and recruiting firms in the world. Together, we are tackling one of the biggest challenges facing faith-based businesses today — how to find, hire, and retain employees who are not just competent, but called. Our mission is simple yet profound: Christians helping Christians hire Christians. If you’re an employer who is tired of compromising your culture just to fill a seat, this is for you. If you’ve been praying for a way to build a workforce that believes what you believe — that shares your passion for Christ and your pursuit of excellence — your prayers have been answered. With the Kingdom Workforce Alliance, those days of frustration and misalignment are over. When you complete a short survey, our team will personally connect you with trusted professionals who understand both your business needs and your Biblical values. It’s streamlined, powerful, and purpose-driven.This isn’t just a new program — it’s a movement. And my prayer is that one day, it will outgrow even C-Suite for Christ itself. Because when we unite under the banner of faith, when we unapologetically proclaim that Jesus Christ is Lord of our workplaces, we become an unstoppable force for good in the marketplace.“Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.” — Colossians 3:23The Kingdom Workforce Alliance is more than a resource — it’s a rally cry. It’s time to flood the workplace with light. It’s time to build teams that glorify God. It’s time to hire differently. The Kingdom Workforce Alliance: Where faith meets the future of work.10 Ways to Bring Christ into the Workplace Everywhere I go, I meet faithful Christians who love Jesus with all their hearts—but when Monday morning hits, they feel torn.
