Announcing Petco Love’s Vet Tech Scholarship for Animal Welfare Organizations!
Hi Peter,
We’re excited to launch Petco Love’s Vet Tech Scholarship at Penn Foster! If your organization is in need of a vet tech and you have a particularly dedicated staff member who could use a career boost, this program may be for you.
In a recent survey of our AWO partners, 75% of you said you’re experiencing a shortage of veterinary care.
We took that to heart and invested $660,000 in the Petco Love Vet Tech Scholarship at Penn Foster. The scholarship will cover all four semesters of the Veterinary Technician program at Penn Foster, which is fully online and AVMA-CVTEA accredited.
And as part of our commitment to ensuring shelters and rescues have the veterinary care they need, scholars will need to agree to work within the nonprofit space for at least two years after they graduate and pass state exams.

Application Closes: March 22, 2024
