This is our biggest whiskey launch in years. 1866: An American Whiskey, goes on sale Saturday, October 12 from 12-3 pm.

1866: An American Whiskey, is a blend of our award-winning bourbons and rye whiskeys. This blend perfectly balances the sweetness of bourbon with the complexity of a great rye. We’ve been perfecting it for over six months and are thrilled to finally share it with you.

1866 launches Saturday, October 12 and is only available at Hayner Distilling until January 1, 2025 when it will hit select State Liquor Stores.

Hayner History Walk

Our next Hayner Distilling History with Walking Tour and Tasting is Saturday, October 26 from 1-3 pm. This is a fundraiser event for the Museum of Troy History. Tickets are $25 each. We will have a slide show on the history of Hayner Distilling and then tour local Hayner Distilling buildings.

NEW 8.5 Year Rye Whiskey

This could be the best Barrel Proof Rye Whiskey you have ever experienced! At 8.5 years, and getting older everyday, this double barreled Rye is rich with chocolate, bacon and desert notes. And after filling your own bottle, you get to sign the barrel. This is the second barrel to be part of our “Signature Barrel Experience”. Our first “Signature Barrel” was emptied last month and is set to be raffled off to a lucky signer this month.
