Tour For Life^® 2023 is Heading Your Way!

Tour For Life is celebrating 23 years as the world’s largest cooperative lifesaving pet adoption event. We’re safely saving lives from coast to coast to help adoptable dogs, cats, puppies and kittens find responsible, loving homes. In partnership with Rachael Ray Nutrish^®, we teamed up with 66 shelters and rescue groups in cities and towns across 39 states to promote safe adoption events and make it easier to find your new best friend. The Lifesaving Rites of Spring

On Monday, March 20, at 5:24 p.m., EDT, spring begins in the Northern Hemisphere. For me, the first day of spring is both wonderful and daunting: flowers, sunshine, and birdsong — a fresh and beautiful new start. And then, of course, there’s kitten season. All that adorable new life…and all those sweet babies needing forever homes.

We rely on compassionate friends like you to support our no-kill mission all year long, but right now is an especially good time to start giving monthly. Many of the dogs recently rescued from commercial breeding facilities require dental work, grooming and much more after years of neglect. If you make your monthly commitment by midnight on Thursday, March 16, your first monthly gift will be tripled!!!

Giving Day is our biggest fundraiser of the year — commemorating our 1944 founding and the over 1.1 million animal lives we have saved.
