KARL BOUGHT A CONDO

He just closed on a little slice of heaven in Jersey City.

Karl got the new place all on his own.

His parents only helped him with the down payment and fire alarms.

Now that Karl’s a condo owner, he decided to do other adult things like register to vote and open a checking account.

He also decided to check with a dentist to see if his adult teeth are supposed to fall out like his baby teeth did.

Karl couldn’t afford a normal home security system so he just set up several Home Alone-style traps.

He hooked up a staple gun to his closet so if you open it, it will staple your balls.

Karl turned his condo into a raccoon sanctuary for any lost souls seeking shelter.

They formed a symbiotic relationship where the raccoons brought Karl treasures from around the city and he gave them a place to live.

The home owner’s association quickly found out Karl was harboring wild animals and forced him to move out.
