I wrote an op-ed for the Tucson Sentinel because I needed to say what so many Arizonans are thinking: we deserve better than a legislature that clocks out when the work gets hard.

If you also believe that Arizona needs a legislature that will show up and do the work, please consider chipping in now to help the ADLCC turn the page on the Republican majority.

This week, we were informed we’re going on recess for the third time, for 12 more days.

Ask yourself: could you walk away from your job right before your biggest deadline and still collect your paycheck? Of course not. But that’s what’s happening under Republican leadership – at the expense of real people and real progress.

I didn’t run for office to waste time. I ran because Arizonans deserve a government that solves problems and delivers real results.

Right now, we’re not doing that.

❌ No response to the Governor’s budget.

❌ No plan to renew Prop. 123 for schools.

❌ No hearings on bipartisan water legislation.

❌ No action to help families with rising child care costs.

Instead, we got silence – and recess.

If you’re frustrated, you’re not alone. But we can fight back by flipping the Legislature and electing leaders who will actually show up and do the work.

Will you chip in to support the ADLCC and help us take back the House in Arizona? Every dollar gets us closer to a majority that puts Arizonans first.
