The Arizona Department of Public Safety and U.S. Border Patrol is working to remove the threat of fentanyl from state roadways. Last week, the two law enforcement agencies stopped and seized a vehicle on Interstate 10 with several pounds of fentanyl hidden inside.

Visitors to the Arizona Renaissance Festival & Artisan Marketplace aren’t the only ones glad to see the event return to the area. The workers who follow and perform at Renaissance festivals throughout the country are celebrating the return of events after the COVID lockdown.

Coolidge’s Planning and Zoning Commission is trying to work out a deal after much discussion with four landowners on where new solar projects should be built. The location of solar projects have been a concern for the community and the commission for a while.
