After 239 races, Nico Hulkenberg finally steps on the Formula 1 podium! The Sauber team also achieved their first top three finish since 2012.

Lando Norris claimed victory in front of his home crowd, with his McLaren teammate – Piastri, in P2. It was also a stronger weekend for Aston Martin, with both cars managing to finish in the points.

There were numerus retirements during the Grand Prix, including both Racing Bulls drivers. Lewis Hamilton narrowly missed out on a podium, while Leclerc received the chequered flag in P14.
