After the first full week of regular-season games gave us feats we hadn’t seen in decades, it’s fair to say that baseball is firmly back. And we are only just getting started.

This coming week features some high-profile matchups, including a pair of rematches from the 2022 playoffs and Toronto doing its best to take down the Tampa Bay juggernaut. Here are the most enticing matchups this week, starting with four games tonight.

Juan Soto and Ronald Acuña Jr. have been among baseball’s best from the moment they stepped foot in the big leagues, and during an ESPN interview, they shared their admiration for each other — as well as some good-natured ribbing.

With the potential tying run on base, a daring dive at Coors Field ended the game and led the way among yesterday’s top plays.
