Election season has officially begun and we have a plan to mobilize millions of Black voters across the South this fall. Here is how you can help:

PHONE BANK 

Our goal is to make 3.5 million calls to Black voters this fall! Besides door-to-door canvassing, phone banking is the most effective way to increase voter turnout.

Right now, we are calling voters in Virginia and Georgia. We run multiple training sessions and guided phone banking events every week that will leave you feeling comfortable and empowered to make calls at any time.

Help us send 3.2 million postcards to Black voters! Our postcards include messages written with the help of on-the-ground partners, providing important election information and key issues at stake.

We especially need more writers for:

• North Carolina  – only 30% of postcards assigned to writers
• Texas – only 10% of postcards assigned to writers
• Florida – only 3.7% of postcards assigned to writers

During the 2018 Midterms, 980,000 Black Georgia voters did not cast their ballot.  We are working with our partners in Georgia through the Democracy Centers and Team Unity to empower, educate and mobilize Black voters who routinely skip midterm elections.

To mobilize Black voters across the state, we need to fund paid canvassers, billboards, and acquire the data we need to contact voters. Will you support our on-the-ground efforts in Georgia?
