Hotel Versailles Bourbon is Back!

Our first 150 bottle of Hotel Versailles Bourbon sold out in just 1 hour! So, we are back with a final batch of this amazing bourbon. On Saturday, April 29 (Note: Not this Saturday) we are releasing the final batch of Hayner’s Hotel Versailles Bourbon. For this final batch we have two offerings. There are 130 bottles at 95 proof and for the first time we have 65 bottles of barrel strength 118 proof available! Both offerings are only $54.95 plus tax. This is a 5.7 year bourbon distilled by Bardstown Bourbon Company with a 78/10/12 mash bill. We are open from 12 – 3 on Saturday, April 29.

Hayner Gin and Vodka are now available in 3 Miami County State Liquor Stores! You can find Hayner Gin and Vodka at Needlers in Troy, Miami Valley Wine and Spirits in Tipp City or Kroger’s in Piqua.

House Blend Series Coming Soon

We are up to some exciting and creative finishes with our new House Blend Series.

Inspired by the Hayner mansion in downtown Troy, our House Blend Series take our award winning whiskeys and add creative finishes and blends to create new and exciting whiskeys.

First in our House Blend Series is Hayner Rye. It will be offered with a maple syrup barrel finish or a honey barrel finish.

Maple Rye and Honey Rye are almost ready to be released! They need just a few more weeks of finishing and we will announce a launch date later this month.
