New Bourbon Release and More News

Hotel Versailles Bourbon

We are excited to announce our newest bourbon release, Hayner’s Hotel Versailles Bourbon. Hotel Versailles will be available starting this Saturday, March 4 from 12-3 pm at our bottle shop. This new 100 proof single barrel bourbon was hand- picked and bottled exclusively for Hotel Versailles in Versailles, Ohio. It is only served at the Hotel Versailles bar and restaurant, and now you can take home your own bottle.

It is a 5.5 year bourbon with a 78/10/12 mash bill made by Bardstown Bourbon Company in Bardstown, Kentucky. The retail price is $54.95 plus tax.

What’s Next? House Blend Series!

Our House Blend Series launches April 1 with a Maple Syrup barrel finished whiskey and a Honey barrel finished whiskey.

We filled the maple syrup and honey barrels six months ago with our award winning Hayner Rye to create these one-of-a-kind offerings. The honey and maple syrup notes on the end are incredible!
