Saffiyah’s Story
Saffiyah had been struggling with getting up in the morning. Sharing a room with her sister, she needed to be mindful of her alarm going off. It wasn’t always easy, however, because she’s a heavy sleeper and often slept through her alarm (something we all can relate to).
Using the Morning Sidekick Journal, she’s noticed a significant difference in her morning routine.
