Hello, Hatch Chile Fans!

Still busy and rushing around in this holiday season? You’ll want to slow down and savor all the flavors in this Green Chile Corn Chowder.  Call the family together for all the traditional goodness of corn chowder spiced up with Hatch Green Chile and Blackened Shrimp!

• 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
• 2 Tbsp Minced Garlic
• 1 Onion Diced
• 5 cups Chicken Broth
• 6 Russet Potatoes
• 1 Bay Leaf
• 12 oz package Frozen Corn
• 1/2 tsp Smoked Paprika
• 1 Cup Roasted Hatch Green Chile or 1 Cup Pure Hatch Green Chile
• 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
• 1/2 Lime for serving (Optional – See Note)

Blackened Shrimp Ingredients: 

• 1 Lb Medium Shrimp Peeled/Deveined Tail Off
• 4 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
• 2 Tbsp Blackened Seasoning
