Framber, Tigers agree to 3-year deal (source)

Left-hander Framber Valdez, the top starting pitcher left on the market, is headed to Detroit on a three-year, $115 million contract, a source told MLB.com’s Mark Feinsand. The club has not confirmed the deal.
