Have you noticed? The daily high temperature is starting to drop. Kids are back in school. The high school football season has started. You know what that means? It’s nearly fall. And fall in Arizona brings more outdoor events to take the family to! The town of Florence already has a long list of events coming up. You can check it out here.

The town also has plans to spruce up one of its favorite event locations, the Charles Whitlow Rodeo Grounds. The town council has decided to keep the rodeo grounds at their current location and will make some repairs, including fixing a broken well.

And the Florence council members aren’t the only ones making fall plans. The Arizona City Fire District is bringing back its spaghetti dinners starting this weekend. Proceeds go to help fund the department’s summer programs and other operations.

Now, pardon me. I have to find a pen and my calendar, I need to write all this down!
