Complete Your Pre-need Burial Eligibility Application Now Veterans Legacy Memorial (VLM) icon Your Story, Your Legacy You can now tell your own story before you pass away through the Veterans Legacy Memorial’s (VLM) “Your Story, Your Legacy” feature. You can privately submit images, autobiographies, written tributes, military and life milestones, and historical documents. After passing away, the content you entered will become public and appear on the VLM website, the largest online memorial site dedicated to America’s Veterans. To get access to the “Your Story, Your Legacy” page, you first need to submit a VA pre-need burial eligibility application online.
