One of the things we were most proud of during the last legislative session was that we were able to secure $3.4 million for 9th Grade On-Track grants.

This funding will allow 9th Grade On-Track programs, like those offered by the Center for High School Success, to expand dramatically. We estimate that the number of students at schools with these programs will nearly quadruple because of this grant.

For students at those schools, it means better on-track rates, improved graduation rates, less chronic absenteeism, and better career preparedness. We’re so excited that this program is being expanded.

But funding for the program isn’t guaranteed to be in the budget next year. So, we’re not taking anything for granted. Will you add your name today to show your support for these important, research backed programs that help students succeed?
