The mayor of Eloy declared a state of emergency Monday after a monsoon storm knocked out power to many Eloy, Toltec and Arizona City residents Sunday evening. During a live-streamed press conference, the mayor said APS is working to restore power to the community but some areas may not have power before Wednesday.
