The reserve base totals 1.672 Mln gold-equivalent ounces (1.02 Mln ounces gold, 260 million pounds copper, 3 million ounces silver) supporting a 10-year mine life producing 111,250 gold-equivalent ounces annually at all-in sustaining costs of $937 per ounce.

Initial capital is estimated at $277M with sustaining capital of $13M. The project contemplates 20,000-tonne-per-day operations utilizing truck-and-shovel mining feeding crush, grind, flotation, and dry-stack tailings facilities.

The simple mineralogy with low sulfide content supports clean operations producing high-value copper-gold concentrate.

Resource expansion potential remains significant.

The deposit remains open at depth below 800 feet and along strike with 80% of historical drill holes ending in mineralization. An additional 2,900 feet of strike length remains untested, suggesting potential to double current reserves.

Permitting Success: All Major Approvals Secured

The CK Gold Project achieved critical milestones securing all major operating permits during 2024.

The Mine Operating Permit was approved April 2024 by Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality.

The Water Discharge Permit was approved May 2024, Mine Reclamation Bond accepted June 2024, and Air Quality Permit approved November 2024.

Location on State of Wyoming land with no federal involvement streamlined the permitting pathway.

An Industrial Siting Permit received unanimous approval June 2023, extended through 2026. Extensive social outreach included over 200 meetings engaging 300+ individuals.

Strategic Location: Infrastructure Advantages

Location differentiates the CK Gold Project from remote operations. Situated 20 minutes west of Cheyenne and 3 miles north of Interstate 80, the project benefits from immediate infrastructure access including road networks, water, power, skilled labor, and support services.

Proximity to Denver International Airport (1.5 hours) enhances accessibility.

No man-camp requirement exists given Cheyenne’s proximity. OEM equipment supply hubs in Gillette, Wyoming, Denver, Colorado, and Salt Lake City, Utah are within a six-hour drive, enabling just-in-time parts delivery.

In November 2025, the company announced strategic property acquisitions supporting 2026 development.

Gold King Corp. signed an agreement to acquire a 10-acre parcel in North Range Business Park with Interstate 80 and 25 access, closing by January 31, 2026.

This site will function as a centralized muster point with shuttle transportation to the mine site.

The company previously acquired three parcels totaling 110 acres immediately west of the project site, establishing a buffer zone.

Aggregate Revenue Potential

The project’s waste rock represents potential high-quality aggregate for construction and rail ballast—not captured in the February 2025 PFS. Market studies suggest one million tons per year off-take potential.

Local quarries sell crushed stone for $20-25 per ton.

The company received interest from construction firms and a non-binding letter of intent for ballast delivery to a major railway.

This opportunity could significantly improve project NPV while reducing footprint and closure costs.

Additional royalty payments to Wyoming would supplement gold and copper royalties earmarked for education.

Exploration Portfolio: Nevada and Idaho Potential

The Keystone Gold Project spans 20 square miles on Nevada’s Cortez Trend, 11 miles south of Cortez Hills Complex. The property exhibits geological similarities to Barrick’s deposits including host rock, stratigraphy, and Eocene intrusive rocks.

The 2019 drilling delivered encouraging results with hole Key19-01c encountering altered, gold-bearing rocks from surface to 414.5 meters.

An approved Plan of Operations supports future drilling, with partnership discussions ongoing.

The Challis Gold Project in Idaho hosts a historical (non-current) resource of 313,825 ounces gold at 1.22 g/t grade. Idaho ranks as the world’s 8th best mining jurisdiction per the Fraser Institute.
