Drop incoming: 2023 MLB Base 2 ICONs

Get ready for the final ICON packs of the year – 2023 MLB Base 2 ICONs, dropping Wednesday, December 13 at 1pm ET.

Base 2 is the continuation of our flagship Base 1 drop, and features an additional 100 of the league’s top talent. These packs are loaded with MLB stars and rookies including Mike Trout, Ronald Acuña Jr., Adley Rutschman, and Elly De La Cruz.

The packs are also randomly stuffed with 750 player inserts and 15 prizing inserts which unlock physical autographs from players like Pete Alonso, Kyle Tucker, and Corbin Carroll.

What is a Break?

A “Candy Break” is an event where Candy packs, containing ICONs or highlights, are opened virtually by a host and the contents are distributed to participants. This process mirrors the traditional practice of opening physical packs of trading cards, but in a digital format. Participants who attend will be awarded a spot in this free break, and will then receive their ICON after the break.
