The days of yore come to Pinal County for a limited time each year with the return of the Arizona Renaissance Festival, which officially kicked off earlier this month.
The festival transforms a 50-acre plot of land in Gold Canyon into the 16th century, European-style village of Fairhaven for several weeks throughout the months of February and March.
Designed to be immersive and offer event-goers a chance to explore the magic and wonder of another time, the Renaissance Festival brings a wealth of attractions, entertainment and food themed around the Medieval Age.
As one of the largest music festivals in Arizona, Country Thunder attracts thousands to Florence every April to enjoy a selection of live performances by up-and-coming and established country music artists.
