Recognizing the best of Maricopa

Editor’s Note: Every year, we organize and run the Creme de la Copa — a contest designed to give people living in the area a space to share what they love about the businesses, people and community in Maricopa and a chance for those recognized to be honored for the work they do.

This year, participants had the opportunity to nominate candidates in more than 75 categories. While we wanted to recognize the winners of this year’s contest for this issue, we also wanted to honor some of the nominees. Read on to find out who really is the creme de la creme of Maricopa.
