Lastly, the city of Eloy recently approved a new residential development, which will aid the city’s efforts to grow. At their Monday meeting, the Eloy City Council voted unanimously to approve a preliminary plat for the Vista de Picacho community, located on the corner of 11 Mile Corner Road and the Central Arizona Project canal.
