The Casa Grande Elementary School District Governing Board will discuss the district’s policy on the penalties teachers have to pay for breaking their contracts with the district’s new superintendent, Adam Leckie, in July. A candidate running for the board raised the topic earlier this month and asked why the outgoing superintendent was not required to pay a penalty for breaking her contract.
