As the next meeting of Congress’ Jan. 6 Committee looms, a local candidate for the Arizona Secretary of State seat defended his attendance at the riot. Arizona District 11 Rep. Mark Finchem sparred with Democratic candidate Adrian Fontes during a recent debate about the riot and the 2020 election results.
